Pilates with Caitlin is an online platform for those who want to work out from the comfort of home. Whether you're new to fitness or a high-level athlete I can work with you through private, group or speciality classes to help you achieve your goals. Pilates with Caitlin is a non-judgemental, welcoming community where men and women can help de-stress and move their bodies with exercises that help improve strength, balance, flexibility. All classes are over Zoom.
